Adris & Others v Royal Bank of Scotland [2010] EWHC 941 (QB)    Slater Heelis Solicitors were delighted with Julie-Anne Luck's success in defending their client against the big Banks in High Court applications recently (See our News page or Julie-Anne Luck's profile for full details)   On the 9th June 2010 Patrick Cassidy received his copy of the Airedale Hostpital Trust Inquiry launched after the deaths of 3 patients in suspicious circumstances.
