Michael is a specialist Personal Injury practitioner who is always happy to discuss cases informally with Solicitors before taking formal instructions.
Josephine was called to the bar in 1984. She focuses her practice on Personal Injury including medical compensation claims, long-term disability, and work injury cases.
Haroon deals with professional negligence claims, asbestos, hand-arm vibration syndrome, dermatitis, respiratory disease, work-related upper limb disorders and stress-related injuries.
Joannah has gained substantial experience in Personal Injury matters relating to road traffic accidents, occupier's liability, employer’s liability, and actions against highways authorities.
Peter has 15 years of experience working in a specialist practice conducting serious Personal Injury claims such as catastrophic injuries, car accidents and wrongful death.
Richard is experienced in handling fatal accidents, bicycle accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, sporting injuries, industrial disease, and catastrophic injury cases.
Nicola comes from a background of working for several large Personal Injury firms and can handle workplace injuries, construction accidents, and wrongful death cases.
Yasser Iqbal has expertise in handling Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs) and Credit Hire cases, and he is regularly instructed for trials by both claimants and defendants.
Adam Lewis is experienced in cases involving chronic pain, post-concussive injury, road traffic accidents and more. He is happy to conference with Personal Injury clients.
Daniel Brassington is a specialist Personal Injury Barrister. His practice covers complex and high-value injuries. He acts for claimants and defendants in multi-track litigation.
Jason Harwood’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence practice is predominantly in the field of larger loss and serious injury cases, including complex, high-value, and catastrophic injuries.
