About the speaker

Peter Quegan joined the Territorial Army in 1990. In 2003 he served a tour in Iraq and in 2004 he attended Staff College. He was awarded the Queen's Volunteer Reserve Medal in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in 2007.

Formerly a member of Forces Law which specialised in claims by Armed Forces personnel, Peter has plenty of experience in claims against the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and for service personnel generally. Before being called to the Bar in 2010, Peter acted as a Solicitor for claimants from all three services.

Although still serving in the Army Reserve, Peter is cleared to act in cases against the MoD so long as they do not involve his own chain of command.

Peter specialises in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Inquests, and Landlord and Tenant cases.

Please be advised that the last day to register for the ‘Military Claims (Part 1)’ seminar is 20/03/2024 and invites to this virtual seminar will be sent via email on 21/03/2024.
