Kenworthy’s Chambers Clerking Team is reorganising to provide cover for Senior Family and Immigration Clerk Courtney Richards, as she departs on maternity leave.

Speaking about the changing roles within the Clerking Team, Practice Manager Maria Rushworth said: “We want to use this opportunity to let our clientele know we plan to make some temporary changes to our Clerking Team to ensure we continue to answer all incoming calls and enquiries.”

Daniella Howarth, who has over seven years of clerking experience and will already be known to our Immigration and Family Law clients, will be providing cover for Senior Clerk Courtney Richards. 

Daniella will be joined in the clerking room for Immigration, Asylum and Nationality, Family and Finance, Court of Protection, and Administrative and Public Law by Alessandro Saporita-Clark, who is going to be taking a secondment for the duration of Courtney’s maternity leave.

Alessandro, also known as AJ, has been working in the Northwest legal community for the past five years, with the last two spent at Kenworthy’s Chambers. 

To cover AJ during his secondment, we will have Civil Clerk Matthew Thomas clerking for Civil Litigation, Costs, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, Business and Property Group.
