Kenworthy’s Chambers is pleased to announce the next seminar in our popular series of Personal Injury presentations by Barrister Haroon Rashid.

‘Noise-Induced Hearing Loss’, is an online seminar that is set to take place on 04/10/22 from 4pm - 5pm. You can book your place by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.

This seminar is aimed at Lawyers who handle industrial disease and noise-induced hearing loss claims. Those who wish to take advantage of Haroon’s experience in this field will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.

The ‘Noise-Induced Hearing Loss’ seminar provides relevant examples of case law and covers the importance of witness statements in protecting claimants in cross-examinations.

The seminar will highlight the “Three R’s” of hearing loss, examine the ‘notches’ and ‘bulges’ that indicate hearing loss on frequency charts, and explain ‘Part 18 Requests’.

Haroon Rashid will provide attendees with an understanding of symmetrical and asymmetrical hearing loss. He will also cover some common misconceptions and the controversial ‘2016 Quantification Guidelines’.
