What does this seminar cover?

This seminar aims to give attendees a working knowledge and understanding of The Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1934, claims by the estate of the deceased and the Fatal Accidents Act 1976.

The ‘Fatal Accident and Dependency Claims’ seminar explains how the number of people who can claim bereavement damages is very limited.

You will learn the three ‘heads of loss’ under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976. Plus, Haroon Rashid will also talk you through the whole range of potential eligible dependents that there can be in such claims.

Types of claims that dependents of the deceased make are explored in this seminar including financial dependency on income and loss of service dependency.
