Online Seminar | September 12, 2023 | 4:00 PM

The first seminar in our Autumn series of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence presentations by Barrister Haroon Rashid is: ‘Complex Care and Loss of Earnings’.

‘Complex Care and Loss of Earnings’ is an online seminar that will take place on 12/09/23 from 4pm – 5pm. Please book your place today by filling out the form at the bottom of the page.

This seminar is aimed at Personal Injury Lawyers who handle claims involving complex care needs and loss of earnings. As usual, there will be an opportunity to ask Haroon questions at the end of the presentation.

The ‘Complex Care and Loss of Earnings’ seminar focuses on claimants who have complex health care needs, often requiring lifelong care and support, and explores the nature of serious and multiple injury cases.

Haroon will highlight a wide variety of care needs he has come across including physical disability and cognitive impairment. Case types covered will include brain and spinal injuries, amputation, pain disorders, catastrophic injury claims and other high-value claims.

You will learn about early information gathering, initial needs assessments, rehabilitation and treatment, the types of care that may be needed including non-commercial and commercial care, and best practice for building evidence to prove care claims.

If you handle Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims involving complex care needs and loss of earnings and this seminar is of interest to you, please sign up using the form at the bottom of the page. The last day for registration is Monday 11th September and invites to this virtual seminar will be sent via email on Tuesday 12th September 2023.
