Called to the Bar 1976, Roger is an experienced criminal practitioner who both defends and prosecutes in a range of criminal matters. Roger also has a specific expertise and interest in licensing matters, including taxi and business licencing.
Roger has extensive experience of licensing, regulatory and health and safety matters including law relating to taxis and private hire vehicles. He is much sought after to assist in appeals by businesses, taxi drivers, statutory and local authorities alike.
Roger is a Category 3 Prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service.
