Leading Criminal Barrister, Stephen Tettey, has once again secured an acquittal in a case described by many as carrying impossible odds, reinforcing his reputation as a formidable courtroom advocate.

His client was a midlands-based young father who had been accused of ambushing the complainant and unleashing a ferocious, unprovoked attack.

The prosecution alleged that the assault caused grievous bodily harm, including multiple fractures to the face and body and a brain haemorrhage, leaving the victim with life-threatening injuries.

After careful consideration, the jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts.
