Sarah Johnson Successfully represents Claimant in Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy Pay Claim
Sarah Johnson, instructed by USDAW, successfully represented their client for unfair dismissal and redundancy pay following a four day hearing at Carlisle Employment Tribunal.
The claimant had brought the claim against their former employer following his dismissal on capability grounds.
The tribunal also concluded that the claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to redundancy pay following 19 years of employment.
