To meet increasing demand in Criminal Law, we are delighted to welcome Hana Ahmed to our Criminal Team.

Hana Ahmed has appeared across a broad spectrum of criminal offences since joining Kenworthy’s Chambers in December 2025.  

The Manchester-based Criminal Barrister has expertise in drug offences, serious violence, fraud, and harassment. She is recognised for her proficiency in working with vulnerable defendants and is praised for building a quick rapport with her clients.

In a particularly successful case, Hana Ahmed negotiated with CPS to drop section 18 charges and persuaded the courts to impose a Community Order in respect of dangerous driving, criminal damage, harassment, and possession of a bladed article.

In another of her cases, concerning conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, Hana Ahmed successfully persuaded the court to pass a short, suspended sentence.
