Bruce Henry represents Liverpool Firefighter at Inquest into Couple’s Death

Bruce Henry, instructed by the Fire Brigades Union, represented a Watch Manager at the Inquest into Kelli and Joe Morgan's death at Southport Town Hall.

Bruce's client was the Officer in charge at a house fire in Maghull, who was subsequently investigated for gross negligence manslaughter.

The Coroner commended the actions of the Fire Fighter which were "at some risk to himself" and delivered a verdict of accidental death.
