Congratulations to Brett Wilson, who has been appointed Chair of the Investigating Committee Panel (IPC) for the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

The HCPC regulate 15 professions and protected titles in the Health and Care industry including Arts Therapists, Biomedical Scientists, Chiropodists/Podiatrists, Clinical Scientists, Dietitians, Hearing Aid Dispensers, Occupational Therapists, Operating Department Practitioners, Orthoptists, Paramedics, Physiotherapists, Practitioner Psychologists, Prosthetists/Orthotists, Radiographers and Speech & Language Therapists.

The Investigating Committee's role is to meet to consider all evidence put before them and decide whether there is a case to answer in respect of the allegation against the registrant.

Brett Wilson's appointment will start immediately for a period of two years, he will continue his practice in Family, Commercial and Criminal Law around his commitments to the ICP. Please contact his clerks for more details.
