Barry Grennan instructed by Bhandal Law and David Morton instructed by SKR Legal successfully represented their clients at Nottingham Crown Court following an eight-day trial before the Former Honorary Recorder of Derby, HHJ Burgess.

Barry and David co-defended their two clients, who were two of three co-defendants charged with causing and inflicting grievous bodily harm against two complainants, following an alleged work dispute.

Succeeding hearing evidence for seven days; the jury returned with not guilty verdicts on all four counts of grievous bodily harm against the three co-defendants, with two of the co-defendants receiving a five-year restraining order from the complainants.
