Warren Pott's commercial property practice covers all types of land and property disputes, land registration disputes, commercial, residential and agricultural tenancies, forfeiture, foreclosure, rent reviews, TOLATA claims, wall and boundary disputes.
Ed Farrell has vast experience in property disputes within Family Law. His practice covers property cases in family, cohabitation and divorce.
Jo Scally has experience and expertise in planning law. She currently drafts applications for judicial reviews and planning appeals. She also undertakes work for people affected by planning issues.
Brett Wilson has worked with local authorities and public sector bodies advising, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. His procurement background helps him to assist clients with distance selling, supply chain issues and public procurement.
Peter Quegan has developed his landlord and tenant practice by acting for both commercial and private landlords. He is happy to discuss cases ahead of instructions.
Daniel Brassington's previous experience as a Solicitor-Advocate enabled him to represent parties for matters including mortgage possession and applications, orders for sale, and landlord and tenant disputes for both commercial and residential properties.
