Sally Penni has practiced Employment Law since being called to the Bar in 2000 and then joining Kenworthy's Chambers Employment Team in 2004.
Sally specialises in employment law with an emphasis on:
• Discrimination - Disability, Sex and Race Discrimination.
• Whistleblowing
• Professional Disciplinary hearings and grievances
Sally conducts ET and EAT hearings and undertakes written work such as the drafting of Contracts of Employment, Compromise Agreements etc. She acts for both Claimants and Respondents and accepts appropriate instructions on a direct access basis.
Sally's experience as an Independent school governor and as a Non-executive Director makes her employment practice especially unique.
She speaks French, basic Spanish and is trained in sign language.
