Sara Haque Prosecutes Dangerous Offender in Robbery & Sexual Assault Case

Sara Haque successfully prosecuted a case involving a teenager charged with Sexual Assaults and Robberies following two incidents in Burnley in December 2019. The defendant plead guilty to two counts of sexual assault, two counts of possession of a bladed article and two counts of robbery.
Following the sentence hearing, the defendant was given six and a half years in Prison and ordered to serve an extra 18-months on license on his release.
