Olivia Davin defended a client charged with Money Laundering under s329 of the Proceeds of Crime Act. The value of the counterfeit goods was £1.25 million. The client received a 30-month sentence.  
Olivia Davin defended in a three-day trial at Preston Crown Court, where the client was charged with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. 
Defended a client charged with possession with intent to supply Class A at a trial heard in Gloucester Crown Court. The client was an immigrant and a young adult at the time of offending. Criminal Barrister Olivia Davin secured a sentence as short as possible, given the court was bound by the sentence passed on the client’s co-defendant, who had pleaded guilty before trial. 
Olivia Davin had a conviction quashed for a client charged with common assault at Chester Crown Court. 
Olivia Davin defended a client at Birmingham Crown Court who had pleaded guilty to 22 counts on the indictment. The client was just 18 at the time of some of the offending. The counts concerned burglary, attempted burglary, and theft of a vehicle.
Defended a young adult client with vulnerabilities who pleaded guilty to fraud by abuse of position, amounting to £43,000. The client received a suspended sentence order of two years, suspended for two years at Liverpool Crown Court.
At Manchester Crown Court, Olivia Davin defended a young adult client convicted of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. The client received a three-year community order due to successful submissions on a reduction in sentence for the delay in bringing the prosecution and for personal mitigation in the case.
Defended a mother who pleaded guilty to two counts of child cruelty at Liverpool Crown Court. The suspended sentence order was for 14 months, suspended for two years.
Mitigated for a defendant who pleaded guilty to strangulation of a 14-year-old child. The client received a suspended sentence of eight months, which was suspended for 18 months, due to their vulnerabilities and the general mitigation that Olivia Davin put before the court.
Prosecuted a defendant who pleaded guilty to coercive and controlling behaviour and assault by beating at Preston Crown Court. The sentence passed was 20 months' immediate imprisonment with a concurrent seven days for the assault by beating.
Criminal Barrister Olivia Davin prosecuted a defendant who pleaded guilty to harassment. The defendant received a 32-month sentence of immediate imprisonment, and the victim was granted a restraining order of six years.
Prosecuted a defendant who pleaded guilty to controlling and coercive behaviour, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and criminal damage against his mother. The defendant was 21 and received a sentence of 10 months suspended for 18 months, after the Judge agreed with Olivia Davin’s submissions that culpability in the case fell into Category B.
Olivia Davin prosecuted a co-defendant in a conspiracy to supply Class A drugs case. Both co-defendants received immediate custodial sentences (three years, seven months, and four years, six months).
Olivia Davin prosecuted Film Producer Kevin Proctor for stalking Hollyoaks and Emmadale Actress Nicola Holt as reported by the Daily Mail, ITV, and the MEN.
Olivia Davin defended a man accused of two counts of assault at Tameside Magistrates Court, with one of the complainants being a baby. Her client was acquitted of both offences after trial. 
Olivia Davin represented a man charged with a speeding offence where the speed was double the speed limit. Her client was given a community order, as reported in the Chester Standard.
Olivia Davin defended in a case of drunkenness on an aircraft at Manchester Crown Court. Despite case law requiring a custodial sentence for such offences, her client avoided one. The case was reported by the Manchester Evening News
