Michael is an experienced personal injury practitioner. He represents clients in the County Court, High Court, and has experience in the Coroner's Court (including with a jury).
His practice is in multi-track work, particularly higher value and serious/complex injury cases, including fatal accidents. He is instructed in cases involving catastrophic and life-changing injuries. Due to the nature and demands of his practice, Michael is usually no longer able to accept instructions in matters other than multi-track claims. Workload permitting, he may be able to consider such instructions on a strictly case-by-case basis with prior agreement, particularly in cases where it is anticipated that the value will increase to warrant multi-track allocation.
He accepts instructions on behalf of both Defendants and Claimants, providing the range of services, and understands the differing needs and expectations of lay, insurer, and professional clients.
He is known to his clients for his exacting standards of service, meticulous attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that his clients receive the most detailed advice irrespective of the stage of proceedings.
