He has now dealt with over 1000 litigated cases relating to EU Regulation 261/2004, the European law granting air passengers rights to compensation and assistance for significant flight delays, cancellations, or denied boarding.

- Marc Asquith defended Pilot Christopher Hollands, who pleaded guilty to not maintaining radio communication with air traffic control during a flight , following an investigation and prosecution by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). He succeeded in having the case disposed of at Manchester Magistrates’ Court before it could be escalated to the Crown Court, as reported by The Independent.
