Lee is an experienced practitioner in Employment and Professional Disciplinary matters. Before joining Kenworthy's Chambers, Lee spent over 10 years as in-house counsel in a few law firms in Manchester. This means he has a bespoke understanding of the pressures busy solicitors face in day to day practice. He has experience dealing with matters on behalf of both employers and employees. He has been involved in mass group actions concerning over a 1000 claimants and large blue-chip corporations as well as various solicitors, barristers and a judge.
He was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Grays Inn in 2007 after completing a law degree at Manchester University for whom he has been recognised as alumni and the Bar Vocational Course in Nottingham.
He is a Gray's Inn advocacy mooting judge and he also teaches at 2 Manchester Universities.
