Amanda has substantial experience in all aspects of child protection law, including physical injury, sexual abuse, neglect, factitious illness and public interest immunity. She is regularly instructed by local authorities, parents and children at all levels of court, including the Court of Appeal.
In the area of private child care law Amanda has extensive experience of representation and advice in section 8 orders, including fact finding hearings.
Amanda also appears in domestic violence cases, ancillary relief and TOLATA applications.
