Ronan Coyle
Experience:
After being called to the Bar in 2006, Ronan worked in the commercial litigation department of Herbert Smith LLP and Ashurst LLP in London. While at Ashurst LLP, he worked on the Bank Charges Test Case representing Abbey National Plc.
During Pupillage, Ronan has also spent a month on placement with Irwin Mitchell's Personal Injury team in Manchester, gaining valuable experience in catastrophic injury and fatal accident claims.
He is currently undertaking Pupillage and gaining experience in the following areas;
Personal Injury: Employers' and Occupiers' liability, road traffic litigation (including low velocity impact and fraud claims), highways litigation including 'slipping and tripping' claims, public liability claims and pre-action applications.
Criminal Injuries Compensation claims.
Claims against the Motor Insurance Bureau.
General Civil Litigation; A variety of disputes involving nuisance, negligence, misrepresentation and breach of contract.
