Joy Emmanuel

Experience:

Joy Emmanuel has specialised in family and matrimonial law for 15 years and as a solicitor, worked both in private practice and for the local authority.
She joined Kenworthy's Chambers in January 2007 and is a member of the Family Law Bar Association (FLBA).

Much of Joy's practice involves public law proceedings where she represents parents, Local Authorities and children in equal measure and is in demand both on and off Circuit. Joy has particular expertise in cases involving Immigration issues, serious injuries and complex medical evidence, sexual abuse and findings of fact.

Joy also undertakes private law proceedings involving children and has a particular interest in adoption law.
