David Morton

Practice:

David specialises in crime, predominantly defence-focused, in courts throughout the North of England. 

He is regularly instructed in cases involving serious violence, murder, organised gang activity, large scale public disorder, drug cases, rape and serious sexual offences, fraud, arson and offences of dishonesty.

He has been involved in cases using specialist court room equipment to conceal the identity and voices of witnesses.

David is a member of the Criminal Bar Association.
