2nd Six Pupil, Sarah Cook Successfully Represents Woman at Mental Health Tribunal by Kenworthy's Chambers 07/09/2017

 
Sarah Cook, our second six pupil, successfully represented a woman at a Mental Health Tribunal in Warrington in an appeal against her section under Section 2 of the Mental Health Act. Sarah persuaded the Tribunal that the criteria for being sectioned was not satisfied, despite the Tribunal hearing opposing evidence from the clinical staff. The client was immediately discharged from the section.
