Paul has extensive experience of housing and public law judicial review matters, not only in homelessness but also in community care, education local government and prison law.

He can also advise on local government powers, Social Security and Welfare Rights, Information Law (Freedom of Information, Data Protection, Criminal Records, Privacy) and Human Rights matters.

He recently won an appeal to the Upper Tribunal in the face of contrary Court Of Appeal authority, on the ability of landlords to appeal entitlement decisions regarding their tenants' housing benefit.
