Our prison law team is both dedicated to securing the civil rights of prisoners and delivering an excellent service to those who find themselves to be incarcerated. Kenworthy's Chambers are able to offer a wealth of experienced advocates in the field of prison law, who deal with both standard and more complex issues alike.

We believe that there is often an overlap of criminal and immigration law within prison law issues and as such our barristers draw on the benefit of their individual practice experience. We constantly have a team covering adjudication hearings across the north of England and we regularly attend parole and recall of licence hearings throughout the country.

We recognise the need for Judicial Review and therefore we readily seek to challenge decisions within Her Majesty's Prison Service.
