Our experience is that workplace incidents are increasingly being prosecuted in the criminal courts and/or professional disciplinary bodies. Therefore a specialist approach is required, which the Regulatory Crime team at Kenworthy's Chambers possess.

We have been instructed in inquests arising out of a workplace fatality, a health & safety prosecution, historic sexual abuse and other regulatory offences.

In addition, we have represented numerous professionals in gross negligence manslaughter trials, in various disciplinary settings and have advised organisations in relation to Environmental law issues and Health & Safety Prosecutions.

The Regulatory Crime Team in partnership with the University of Salford run a 4-day course in Health & Safety Criminal Law.
