For over 25 years, Kenworthy's criminal team have specialised in defence crime. In particular the team has an identity in gangland cases of murder, firearms and importation and supply of Class A drugs. It has recently had four of its members placed in the Chambers and partners list of leading barristers in the North West in crime. It has a reputation for fighting the clients corner and for strong and persuasive jury advocacy. The team is committed to a strong culture of professional development and has since 1997, and annually, ran the Kenworthy's Criminal Law programme.
