Recent work: Instructed on behalf of six respondent employees of the Bradford MDC at hearing, appeal and external mediation. The case, Mr Shamshuddin Ahmed v Bradford City Council and other, concerned public interest disclosure, disability, race discrimination and unfair dismissal claims. The claimant lost all his claims aside from the unfair dismissal one.
